My automatic 150cc scooter has levers for front and rear (disk) brakes, and both are VERY tight with almost no give. Can this be adjusted? I've read through many manuals and researched, but everything talks about how to change the pads (or about how to adjust drum brakes) and things like that and not if the levers can be adjusted. Can disk brakes on a gas scooter/motorcycle be adjusted?
disk brakes are not adjustable, if your having trouble then I would suggest new pads or take it to a mechanic.Can disk brakes on a gas scooter/motorcycle be adjusted?
may have screw adjustment at the lever on the bars,,
if not then you can take the lever off %26amp; file a small amount off the part that pushes on the piston to give a small amount of free play..
