It has a V-8 engine, Auto transmission with the ability to change to manual (?), Red Exterior in excellent condition, Gray interior and gray convertible top. 60,000 miles, larger disc brakes, leather seats, cruise, CD, radio, power windows and locks. I would definately go with using www.kbb.com (Kelly Blue Book). This is what most auto dealerships go by when appraising a vehicle. The site is very simple to use, just follow the instructions, click your features, and you have your value. They give you three values, retail, trade-in, and private party value. How do you find out the Value of a Porsche 993 Carrera 2006 model?
1) the 993 carrera lasted from 1993-1998. There is no 2006 model. The 2006's are 997s.

2) Like all 911s, the 993 was a flat 6 motor. There is no v8 911.

3) Switching a tiptronic to a manual costs about as much as the cars worth. You need new interior pieces, a new tranny, new ECU and new wiring harness.

The above statements are true. There is no such thing as a V8 911. 993 is 1995-1998. 2006 is 997. I don't see how a 2006 could have 60k miles. How do you find out the Value of a Porsche 993 Carrera 2006 model?
