Hyundai coupe 98 steering wheel vibrations when hitting the brake?

I feel annoying vibrations in the steering wheel when I hit the brake pedal. (it happens ONLY when I hit the brake). Discs %26amp; pads were changed (using EBC turbo groove discs %26amp; pads greenstuff) about 2 months ago. Carrier Tents (sorry I dont know the exact term, I mean the wads that hold the spar) were also changed recently. I need to know what can be the possible reasons for this and what I should look at/check FIRST any help on how to figure out what the problem is would be appreciated thank you.Hyundai coupe 98 steering wheel vibrations when hitting the brake?
One more idea... Often times a rotor that gets overheated by excessive braking will warp and cause a pulse feeling on the brake pedal, if there are worn front end bushings, wheel bearings or steering box problems they will get worse upon braking. The brakes are designed for normal speeds and use, any over use will heat them up.Hyundai coupe 98 steering wheel vibrations when hitting the brake?
Sounds like warped rotors from either a poor resurfacing job or overtightening the lug nuts. Either way take it back and complain because it is their fault!!! Unless you took it somewhere else and had tires put on or if anyone else has had the wheels off since they did the brakes. I have seen this alot from overtightening or incorrectly tightening the lug nuts. A good shop would take care of this for free if you took it back to them. In the future when you have your car worked on and something is different than before or doesnt seem right take it back asap. I guarantee they will ask why you waited so long.Hyundai coupe 98 steering wheel vibrations when hitting the brake?
seems like brake chatter, since you had them changed. probably weren't done right.
